It is a pleasant property located in Hoan Kiem district so close to the center of Hanoi old quarter and the cathedral and the lake. Ideal location; obliging staff.

This peaceful hotel was very good value for money as contrasted with other options. Accurate staff and pleasant food. Unbelievable view, a beautiful balcony, very big bed, too. The service offered was very efficient too. Beautiful garden outside. We thoroughly enjoyed the vegetarian cuisine in the restaurant.

Got Wheelchair Accessible room, as expected. Only 10 min walk to downtown. Rooftop bar was great. What's more, free Wi Fi was good.
